Directions to the CSCS Card, Health & Safety Card, Test Centre in Londonderry:

On leaving the Bus Station, exit onto Foyle Street and go right towards Guildhall Square. Continue past the Guildhall and Danske Bank into Waterloo Place. Turn right onto Strand Road. Continue on the left side of the Strand Road past the Bank of Ireland. Cross over at the first set of lights and take the next left into Patrick Street. Go to the end of Patrick Street and turn right into Queen Street. The office is second on the right with a blue door, and disabled access is available. This is approximately a 10 minute walk.

Your confirmation has your CSCS Test start time; you must arrive at the CSCS Test centre at least fifteen minutes before the test time. If you are late you may not be tested and no refund can be given for lateness.

What to take with you to a CSCS Test Centre:

Identification:It is important that you take identification with you, the rule at any test centre is "No ID No Test"

Acceptable ID is:

Photo Card Driving Licence
A valid UK only driving licence showing their photograph and signature.

Passport Of any nationality with a photograph of the examinee and their signature.

If you have no suitable ID you will not be tested, and this is a non refundable service.
